I'm a social scientist, coach, speaker, and project manager.
Over 15 years, I've worked with HR teams and leaders across 50+ organizations and trained 3,000+ professionals—blending organizational development, change management, HR, neuroscience, and project management.

My conviction: Real change happens when you transform both: WHO YOU ARE + WHAT YOU DO.
